    You're right deception these guys need to take a course in financial management when they enter their profession. 80% of NFL players and 60% of NBA players is pretty astounding. It's right up there with people who win the lottery and go bankrupt within 5 years on average IIRC.

    they also need to take a course in humility. the ostentatious purchases they make is ridiculous, although, i firmly believe today's athletes are a lot more savvy when it comes to their money. i remember brandon jennings saying that he drove a ford because he was just a rookie and that a lockout was looming so he wanted to spend wisely.
