    The Atlanta Hawks today re-assigned rookie Mike Scott to the Bakersfield Jam, the Hawks' NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment is the record 138^th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons and the second of Scott's career. He is one of a record 54 NBA players to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.

    Scott (6-8, 237, Virginia) has appeared in 25 games for Atlanta, averaging 3.0 points, 2.1 rebounds and 7.5 minutes. During his previous stint in Bakersfield, he appeared in four games, averaging 13.3 points, 6.0 rebounds and 29.0 minutes.

    Scott is expected to join the Jam today and be available when the team travels to face the Los Angeles D-Fenders tomorrow at 9:30 p.m. ET.
