    Feldman vs Nova

Amazingly, with Tampa playing Oakland the Yankees gain ground in the playoff race if they take care of their own business.

Hoping to see Nova pitch a crisp game and the offense score mucho. Gotta tip my cap to Reynolds for playing a nice game last night. Good to see all the bop back in there. LMAO about Price having a 200.00 cab ride and crying about it, like it was going to break him. You'd think as much as these ball players get around they'd be able to figure the easiest routes to a ball park.

Three consecutive innings with 2 runners stranded, offense out on coffee break. Nova pitching a crisp game to this point.

8 shutout innings on only 85 pitches. Now lets see if clueless Joe is smart enough to let him finish. He's earned it.

Wow. Great game by nova. Looks like we may finally have a young ace with some balls.

Great job by Nova. Thankfully Davis got under the ball. They will pick up another game.

Nova showed a bit of swag out there, not afraid to come in either. I remember one of his early starts for this team maybe late '10 or early '11 against Toronto. Joey Bautista was another guy getting too comfy in the box and Nova dusted him. He got my respect right there. Was sorry to see him hit the skids but looks like he has recoverd. Todays game was a needed gem against a very good team. Hey Sabathia money man, hope you watched and learned.
