Austin Spurs News Release The Austin Spurs today announced that they have claimed guard Jaylen Morris off waivers. Morris (6-5, 185) appeared in two games with the Iowa Wolves in the Orlando bubble, averaging 17.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 24.6 minutes prior to being waived on Feb. 13. Morris has played in 10 career NBA games with the Atlanta Hawks and Milwaukee Bucks, averaging 3.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 12.7 minutes per game. In 74 career G League games (68 starts) with the Erie BayHawks, Wisconsin Herd and Iowa Wolves, he averaged 13.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 32.9 minutes of action. Morris will wear No. 30 for Austin.
