    The Austin Spurs (13-15), presented by SWBC, defeated the South Bay Lakers (11-16), 122-114, at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park Friday evening.

    Two-way player Drew Eubanks led the way with a double-double of 27 points (10-12 FG, 7-8 FT) and 15 rebounds. San Antonio Spurs assignee Lonnie Walker IV chipped in 22 points (7-14 FG, 4-4 3FG), including four clutch fourth quarter three pointers that sealed the Spurs lead. In his Austin Spurs debut, Travis Trice II contributed 23 points (9-17 FG) and recorded a game-high six assists.

    After being outscored by 12 points in the first quarter, the Spurs bounced back in the second. A 21-4 run by Austin helped chip away at the deficit, resulting in a 56-55 Lakers lead heading into halftime.

    The Spurs continued their push in the second half, which included 11 ties and 11 lead changes. The Silver and Black got control in the fourth quarter, extending their lead to as many as 11 points with the help of 64.7 percent shooting from the field.

    For South Bay, Johnathan Williams led scoring with 21 points (9-13 FG) and eight rebounds. Jemerrio Jones contributed a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds off the bench.
