Awesome Discount on Devils Tickets at

Devils individual game tickets go on sale October 12th at 9am. (If you go to the opener, you may have to bring your own seat.)

However, I found this deal snooping around online.

You can get $65 balcony tickets for $32. (Owner Jeff Vanderbeek says the sight lines there are "to die for".)

Two games are available. 10/31 against the Lightning and 11/16 vs. the Islanders.

Go here and enter AAA103107 for the Tampa game and AAA111607 for the Islanders.

You won't get your seat assignments until the tickets actually go on sale, but I'm stoked about the great deal!

I'll be at the game on the 16th.

    LETS GO DEVILS!!

So enjoy being wrong this year, too.

Yeah, man! It opens this month. There's a Bon Jovi concert on the 25th and the Devils drop the puck on the 27th.

Here's the website with all the events (College BBall, UFC, etc.) and pictures all the way through construction.

Here's the Prudential Center page on the Devils website with tons of information and pics.

This is just huge for people in NJ.

Unlike the horrible Meadowlands Arena, which is a dump, this arena is near public transportation and is more centrally located. Thiere is absolutely NO public transportation from anywhere in NJ to the Meadowlands. The traffic (and, frankly, dangerous driving conditions) in that area is enough to deter anyone from spending the money to go there.

The Prudential Center is a godsend. You can work and still make it there for your event on the weekdays (impossible at the Meadowlands). There will be restaurants and places to shop and take your family (not a fu*king parking lot where people blast Bon Jovi and sit in lawn chairs).

And it is the most technologically advanced arena in the world.

It's also the first new sports venue in this metropolitan area since the Meadowlands Arena opened in 1981. Think about every other city. Every one of them has a new arena except here - the largest and most densely populated area in the country.

Who are you kidding. Devils have been one of the consistently winningest teams the past ten plus years. Ridiclious.

It helps that The Rock is not in the middle of nowhere like CAA (or the Izod Center now) is.

Wow, they do the logo freehand like that? Impressive. I couldn't do that, even with the chalk outline.

Nah. In the article, he says it's like coloring in a coloring book. He has no artistic talent.

The paint freezes right away, so it's more important to be fast than accurate.
