Good to see Dame and CJ getting some national attention.

Same fanboy writing style as the Oregonian...except that Shaun Powell doesn't belabor us with schoolboy mythic themes praising leadership and confidence. He's a little better, but not much.

Pitty neither of them is nowhere near as good a defender as Dumars.

Hard to compare the "Bad Boys" to today's players. If they played D the same way today as they did then, they would foul out in the first half.

On the other hand Isaiah would be unstoppable on offense.

Some of you are ancient enough to remember that creepy little trick Isiah would pull on D; while running down the court alongside his man he would step on the guy's foot, sometimes more than once. That was almost as bad as Rodman pinching guys during post play . . .

Not as bad as doing a Hopoate though.

Isiah would stand on a guys toe when he guarded him one on one often...it was a trick he used throughout his career but specifically to keep them from getting by him..he'd also use that to flop when he could. I heard Gary Payton talk about this once
