Don't get a post with that much venom towards broy. He never quit on us. His body failed him. I wish him luck whereever he goes Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2
This is a guy that came back to play just 6 days after double knee surgery. You'd think some Blazer fans would be more appreciative
Jerry Zgoda @JerryZgoda Roy: "It was never officially my decision to retire in Portland." Said Blazers doctor said it was best decision because of his knees Actually it was his own doctor. Fucking liar
It's sort of semantics, but technically weren't the Blazers physicians "his" doctors when he was employed by the team?
Only because one guy was well into his 30s and was retiring because he wanted to. By the time Jordan came back, he was nowhere near the player that he was in his final season with the Bulls, and I suspect Roy will be nowhere near the player that he was with the Blazers. I think it's similar in that this is just a case of a player getting the itch to play again, even though he should stay retired.
