My answer to this question would be yes..the blazers have been trying to find young talent for a while and I think now they have succeeded. Roy is obviously the new poster boy for the blazers and I think his chemistry with oden is going to be undeniably perfect, maybe even a shaq and kobe type of relationship.

I don't get the point of this topic at all. Of course they are going to be the future of this franchise.

they certainly look like a team on the rise....if they can get back to the top of the lottery one more time, they may set up a long dynasty....its really hard to get young talent after your good, so themore they add early, the higher they could rise

Don't forget about Aldridge as well. I can't wait to see Oden and Aldridge control the paint.

I also think Joel Przybilla is one of the more underrated backup centers in the league. He's obviously a huge body, but he brings the necessary intangibles a backup center should: he rebounds, he blocks shots, and most importantly - he gets great position. Also, obviously Channing Frye was a solid pick-up as well. I really love Portland's big man rotation.

If you assume Oden is the 5, Aldridge is the 4, and Roy is the 2 for years to come, they already have the talent to win multiple titles....Its hard to tell if they all develop, but if they do, look out...imagine if they end up in the lottery just once more tho*which could happen in the west), and they can get a young stud PG or a SF....they could be redonkulous

its way more aldridge, oden, and roy than just oden and roy. Aldridge is a huge part of our plans</p>

Roy is one of those special guards that every team wishes they had. Every team would drool to have Oden on there team. And Aldridge is so incredibly underrated by other teams its amazing. With Sergio looking to be the PG of the future and developing into a big part of the blazers plans as well, I very well think that the Blazers will win a championship in about 5 years.
