"BA" in yahoo boxscore

    hello this may be a dumb question but its driving me crazy... yahoo boxscore added some categories to the players stats... anyone know what "BA" means. Thanks =X

    It means the number of shot attempts that player had blocked by the other team

    Blocked Attempts. Just keeping track of how many times they got blocked.

    If you look at last nights game,
    Miami: 10 blocks, 2 blocked attempts
    Nets: 2 blocks, 10 block attempts.

    yahoo's cumulative team stats don't show the BA....so we can't tell who's the most swatted Net thus far.
