I wonder if J-Rich was exaggerating when he said Baron Dropped 20 lbs. Hopefully hes still extremely strong for the point and the decrease in weight allows for less injuries.

Baron also makes a good point about Jason helping him because opposing teams cant guard him with a PG. We definitely have the (physically) strongest backcourt in the league and Baron will always be going one on one with smaller or lighter PGs.

At the end of last season Baron said he wanted to lose 15-20 lbs. in the summer. He put the extra weight from the effects of his injuries and not being able to work on his conditioning.

The West better get ready for Bdiddy and Jrich. They are gonna run and gun and jam down peoples throats.

    Bring on the season!

Mullin also said that he worked out with Baron on one of his off days recently. He came away impressed with Barons workout and his shape. That coming from on of the hardest workers in the game when he played.

I'm impressed with everyone's motivation and work ethic, which is one reason to think twice about bringing on players that could prove to be lazy or a distraction, despite all the talent in the world.

The last thing we need is a guy that has to be told there's no "I" in "TEAM", but then replies with there's an "I" in "WIN" and a "U" in "SUCK".
