What are some teams who are playing badly are most likely to make a turnaround? The Heat usually do so. But they are playing REALLY bad right now.Chicago can make a serege later on like they did last year.Phoenix is a cannidate.I think Minnesota has a chance also. And mabee the Bobcats. I think okafor is playing to well for them to go down this easy.
The Raptors. We're too good of a team to go 3-8. We'll mae a turn around, and maybe finish only 3-4 games under .500 if we're lucky.Others: Memphis, Miami, Phoenix, Bulls

I don't run around like a biased chicken with it's head cut off...I realize the Bucks are not a good basketball and team and won't win many games...why can't more of you wake up?
Right now, I'm not worried one bit about the Mavs, Bulls, Suns, Heat, or Nets records. I know they are still some of the most dangerous teams in the NBA. They WILL be huge factors after the All-Star break and through the playoffs, I am not worried about them, especially Dallas and Phoenix.I would love for this thread to be re-visited in January. Right now, it's too early.

It will take some adjustment time. First of all, we need a more defensive minded coach, second of all, it will take time to gel. We definately wont be one of the bottom 5 teams. I'll tell you that right now. We have beat some good teams, we just need to be consistent all the time. Our defense and consistency needs to be stressed. We always let leads slip...it's depressing. We will be in the playoff hunt, and we will win atleast over 33 games..

The Bulls are playing good defense, and that will hold up, as defense is constant. Their scoring is going to pick up, and I expect them to rise and start playing well. The Heat are the team I am most worried about not turning things around right away. The loss of Shaq seems to be killing this team, they are not looking strong on inside defense, and are looking slow in the open court. The only person on their team that seems to have any consistency is Dwayne Wade.

But I was just mentioning them with this group because based on how good they are, the record should be better than 7-4. Again, I still consider them the #1 or #2 team in the NBA.- Miami will struggle with no Shaq, no doubt. But also remember that Shaq only played about 50-55 games last year. They are an end-of-the-season team. They'll be ready by playoff time.- I think Udonis Haslem is also a consistant guy for Miami.
The Celtics. We really suck, but for some reason we are in every game we play, which is something I love about this team, makes them exciting to watch. If they can somehow put it together (I know its a stretch, no need to call me a homer), I can see them learning how to finish games off and beating some tough teams down the stretch and sneaking into the playoffs.

You guys will get better but will be lucky to be in the playoff hunt.
Memphis will definitely come back when Pau gets back. I think the major questions are whether they can make the playoffs with him out for such a long time, and whether it will matter anyway, with the Griz losing the last 12 playoff games in a row (right?). Haha.Phoenix will get better, and by an even larger amount if Nash stays healthy for the rest of the year. They are a better team with Amare and KT healthy, in my opinion. From what I've seen, Marcus Banks is a good addition, but I've heard he's been a disappointment, too... confirm/deny?I think Chicago will get better, but I also think it will be a rough road ahead. They need to find their offense. I think it can be done, but it won't happen overnight.I think the Heat will do better, no question about that. They play well with their backs against the wall. The Mavs are on a great track right now, but I'd like to see us win against some better teams (The Wiz are a good start) before we say we're doing great or whatever. A lot of the wins on this streak have been "meh" teams... Portland, Memphis, etc.I don't think the Raptors will improve, the Celtics... I'm not sure about them. We'll have to see how that goes down.
Once Phoenix is finally confortable with Amare back in the lineup, they will turn it up.About Toronto: They are not good right now, but they have a lot of potential to be good. Bosh is already a star, and TJ and Bargnani have potential to be stars. CB4, you really overrate Morris Peterson.
