Um you said SG and you have him as SF. He still needs time to develop but he is certainly more rounded than francis and crawford.

Lee Franchise and Balkman should all start though. tells you a lot about where their team is. Balkman a superstar type of player - umm i would say he has the potential to be a decent starter at most but that's it. he doesn't have the body, skills or athleticism to be a superstar in this league.
