Bandwagoners are the worst fans ever. I know this post is stupid, but i ran into some guy that use to be a huge Rams fan when they were in the SB. Now he says he's a Pats fan and that the Rams are washed up. Never did like the dude. I guess if the Eagles win he'll love to jump on their nuts to. I don't even think he knows who the QB is for the Pats. God, people like that piss me off. I'll be a Saints fan till the day i die. 0-16 ten years in row i'm still going to Bleedblk&gld. I just won't express it that much. Ha. Anyway Bandwagoners blow.
That is sad, doesn't know the qb? i can list the QB(and most of the backups) for every team in the NFL.
indeed, i am just saying, how can he claim to be fan if he does not know starters for every team in league?
I'll always bleed blue and orange no matter what. Even if the Broncos go 2-14 the rest of my life, as long as those two wins are against the Raiders. Sorry Send Em Back Al...LOL

Sorry Send Em Back Al...LOL</div> what if they change colors? the worst is stubborn bandwagoner fans, they think they know shit, then i whos your fav. player, and they say the guys name wrong. like i asked a "packers fan" who his fav players were, he goes favre and ga-baga-bi-a-milla. it cracks me up, and sean salisburys picture is right next to bandwagon in the dictionary, hes already getting on eli's balls jsut like he did with vick
Hey, I made it through the Cowboys 1-15 season. Anyone can do it. At least I was rewarded for it. Hats off to all the Cardinals, Bengals, etc fans of the world. True, loyal sports fans!!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (nflfan04)</div><div class='quotemain'>ya cant forget us eagles fans... we stick w/ our teams... and they always choke</div> True, but at least the Eagles are typically competitive. Imagine the Bucs fans of the 80s.
i know someone just like that, but he tries to pretend hes not a bandwagoner, he used to like the Rams, then he liked the Raiders (they lost to TB, PRETENDING), i'm pretty sure he likes the Pats i dont talk to him at all
Every nfl team has wagoneers, especially when your local team starts winning games. Its human nature. The real fans like cowboy and others stick around regardless even with a 1-15 year. To me thats a true fan. Sorry cowboy i had to use ya an example.
i watched my team lose 15 straight in 2001...i had called the team prior to the season for a class project...they sent me two hats...wore them every day, all season long...threw a red pen at the wall during an OT loss to SF...it exploded and i left the ink on the wall, until i sold my house, and showed anyone who came over...one of the hats still has the ink on it...in the 8 years i have lived here, i saw maybe 2 panther fans...after they won the NFC Championship, panther shirts, hats, flags on cars, etc., flying left & right...shoot, they probably couldn't even pronounce delhomme's name...
Another thing i hate is when they come out of the woodwork and say "well ive been following the team for 34 years". it gets me so pissed because i give my support during a 3-13 season and when their 12-4 its like cockaroaches comming out to root for them.(lifeV/E4Life, get it)
I don't mind bandwagoneers that much, it's the people who put themselves up above fans because they rooted for the team when the team was bad, so those fans consider what they done a great thing. lol jk, but I only have a problem with kids that say their favorite player of all time was Walter Payton, or Julius Erving, or Larry Bird. It's like come on you never saw them play how can they be your favorite. My brother is the worse, he owns a Chuck Bednarik jersey, and is trying to get a Harold Carmichael one. I think you should root for the players of your generation and the ones that you watch, not the players who are already done.
When I was growing up, I watched the Packers strive for 8-8 years behind Lynn Dickey and Randy Wright and Anthony Dilweg. All of my "friends" were wearing 49'ers jerseys and jackets. I suffered for YEARS just waiting for the Pack to redeem themselves and was finally rewarded in the 1990's. Watching all of the converts (including my reformed Bears fan best friend) makes me sick. Death to bandwagoners!
