It was a proud moment last night at the venue dubbed the Sticky Wicket Stadium. The occasion was the first match for Antigua’s first professional football team Barracuda FC in the United Soccer League. The team is the first outside of North America to play in the USLPRO League. “Tonight is a realisation of years of hard work and commitment,” Chairman of Antigua Barracuda FC Gordon “Banks” Derrick wrote in the match day programme.
