As if being on that cruise and paying 75 cents a minute weren't bad enough, now my computer @ home is busted.

FWIW, I am currently at the library. Made a few posts from work earlier. I have the weekend off.

I tried to login last night and couldn't. My modem & its driver were nowhere to be found. Took it to Best Buy to have them do their voodoo. Appearantly, its all funked up w/ Spyware.

Any advice? Recommend spyware other than adaware & spybot which I have. Should I have gone to best buy?

I should be w/o a computer at home until monday at the latest. I'll go nuts w/o my favorite toy.

I'll check in this weekend. Holla at y'all later. Go phins.

I use Norton's Anti-Virus. Good luck with the computer.

Use norton anti-virus, that spyware is sure to mess up your computer.

Actually, I'd recommend against Norton as it is a system hog. I have had Norton crash my computer far more often than spyware.

It's saturday & am here @ the library again. Hopefully, my computer is still being worked on.

Hopefully, Best buy will have it done soon. I have been at the malls to occupy my time and let me just say a bad day online beats a good day at the malls - unless its Barnes & Noble.

Thanks for the input. I had heard Norton could be difficult. No Macs for BA. Thank you.
