I never told you guys what happened at camp. So I tell you now.Well we won our first game in a blowout. Then our next to we looked like we didnt know what we were doing. But after that we came together as a team. We won our last 2 games comfortably. Then the playoffs came. Noboy thought that we would do anything during that time. But we proved them wrong. We got through the first team easily. Then just before the semi final game my coach had this folded up piece of paper. He said "I have the key to winning this game on this piece of paper." And it "<u>DEFENSE!!!</u>" written on it. The note propelled us to win that game also. Then came the championship game. The team we had to play went undefeted all week. Nobody liked that team and everbody wanted us to win. And we did. I think the final was 38-31 if I remember correctly. It was so rewarding because we worked so hard at this camp. But it certanly payed off. Its the greates sports upstet ever besides Texas Western Beat Kentucky in 1966. :dribble: I kno its not a good pic but here is the trophy. An to the side I didnt play as big as a role as I thought I wold. I was simply a role player. I say I average about 2 points and 3 rebounds a game. But I came up a little bigger in the Championship game with 2 points and 6 rebounds.
That's pretty cool. How old were the people you were up against?Thats about what I averaged for my middle school team last year.
