[IMG] How long has Elgin Baylor been the GM of the Clippers ?? Seems like forever !! I know, I know that you will bash Sterling BUT lets not for the conversation--- Thanks.

You just might want to ask yourself what Elgin has done for us and maybe he IS the problem. I understand that what the ownership is like but, what the f*** , Baylor has had PLENTY of time to turn this thing around and hasn't come thru I think we can find someone else who is more creative and can scout talent.

HE HAS HAD ENOUGH TIME & IS TIME FOR HIM TO GO - NICE GUY OR NOT WE NEED TO WIN NOW !! [IMG]

..Well he DID get Elton Brand..

Its not his fault though he only makes trade moves the owner besides weather to resign players. There is not much he can do with the clippers except try and draft the right guy and make the right trades he has no say in resigning players.

He is in a bad situation with the clips since he is treated by sterling as a player as well not as a actual GM he has very little say in what goes on with the clippers resignings of players and the contract situations.

I really wanted to know what he was thinking when he acquired Elton Brand then drafts TWO Power Forwards in Melvin Ely and Chris Wilcox a couple years ago.... wth was that??? We took Wilcox ahead of Amare.... Dude, I went to the Summer Pro League in Long Beach that year and saw Amare play a bit.. even I could've told him that Amare would be a good player....
