Interesting article from the Columbian about Bill Bayno and what really happen at Loyola Marymount University. http://www.columbian.com/news/2011/mar/14/bayno-gets-his-head-games-under-control/
The article fills in gaps. All we heard at the time was that he was depressed or something and suddenly quit. It says he quit Loyola without meeting with his team, though by now "he’s reconciled with most of his LMU recruits." So the college's message boards hate him.
Great article! I consider Billy a good friend. Well respected no matter what city we are in at least 3 or 4 players/coaches from the opposing team come say hi to him. Glad he is on our staff!
Bayno's a good friend and I'm glad he's on our side. So great to see him happy and willing to be open about this. Being bipolar and a recovering compulsive gambler, I relate to a lot in this article. I'm happy for him.
