Re: BBW's official, NBA Fundamentals Thread: It's funny, I never thought of about 75% of shots bounce to opposite side of the rim until last week. I was at shootaround and couldn't grab a rebound because everything went to opposite side.Good stuff.

Its something any player should know...I found out cause me and brother would shoot alot and rebound for each other. Yeah these helps, the Ray Allen one has really helped me and my shooting...my shot have improved after watching that. I saw it on Inside the NBA.

Hope this can help me get my rust off. Going into a tournament next month I believe and I haven't even played much the entire year.

I did it heaps in a game today and people got pissd cos they kept losin me. it also works for me in offense real well, tap 1 way, then run towads the paint for a drive, dam!thanks for postin em RaptorF.
