Although he only started appearing regularly 3 years into it, he raised the profile of the league worldwide and he will be remembered as a living legend for this. The premiership was designed for style and razamatazz. Beckham had both in abundance. People say that he wasn't/isn't world class. Why then, was he chosen to lead England into a new era.
he is a has-been if you know wot i mean.... sure he woz good like 10-5 years ago, but he is really shit now, he cant help any team. He woz good at man utd, woz good at madrid, but now he sucks for them, and he isnt getting picked for the first team. He is just unwanted so he just takes refuge at a low ranked league and pretends he gives a shit about developing the game there.
