The Bell Micro LPGA Classic is an event on the LPGA Tour. The event is played in Mobile, Alabama, USA. The 2010 Bell Micro LPGA Classic has a $1.3 million purse. The inaugural event was played from September 11 through 14, 2008, at the Magnolia Grove location on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, with total prize money of $1.4 million. It was televised on Golf Channel in the U.S., as well as internationally. The tournament was not played in 2009, but will be revived in May 2010. Mobile had hosted The Mitchell Company Tournament of Champions on Mobile’s Magnolia Grove courses from 1999 to 2007. Angela Stanford won the inaugural event, beating Shanshan Feng by one stroke.
