Pinoy - Overlaying text isn't always the best option. It looks good on a lot of things but not always. This is a great sig that has lots of potential - I think you should make it your goal to TOTALLY change your text style. You always use big text, with either a gradient or overlay. Forget that - you can add a gradient, but it can't be your main effect. I can't really point you to a specific style - but just go through some tutorials and find a new style for text. Text is the only thing holding you back.

Still the border doesn't do anything for me.. Fix the text, thats the best thing you can do for it without completely redoing it. I'd do what austringz said with the text.
