The Cincinnati Bengals will soon begin contract negotiations with starting cornerback Leon Hall, a source familiar with the situation told ESPN.com. Hall is entering the final year of his rookie deal and is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in 2012. The Bengals are well under the salary cap and have room to work out long-term extensions. Cincinnati is rebuilding after quarterback Carson Palmer's retirement and trading Pro Bowl receiver Chad Ochocinco to the New England Patriots.
