Obviously Johnson isn't what he used to be and Benson is the much better prospect, but I like the signing for the Bengals. It takes away some carries from Benson, which helps them in the long run because they'll be able to preserve him for a playoff run. As we get later into the year, it is getting colder which starts to impact the passing game (don't tell Tom Brady that, I think cold doesn't bother him), so having two quality RB's is never a bad thing. I think Benson is obviously the future RB for the Bengals, this thing with Johnson just might be a one and done thing.
