Tropical Storm Gert has formed 275 miles south-southeast of Bermuda. A tropical storm warning is in effect for Bermuda as Gert should pass very close to the island as a weak tropical storm tonight into early Monday. Gert is the 7th named storm of the 2011 Atlantic hurricane season.
