What do you guys think are some good NBA cities.I think New YOrk is one of the best NBA cities, but I think Boston is the absolute best along with phily and LA.
New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Sacramento, and there are plenty more good nba cities.EDIT: I would have said Detroit but the Brawl really hurt that opinion.

Awesome fans.
New York. Even when the team is crappy and no chance of the playoffs, they get loud if it is a close game. Loud, emotional fans, and the buzz from them on the radio is awesome to hear. Very loyal people.LA, Detroit, Chicago, and Boston are just behind.
Salt Lake City is really good. Fans are pretty pasionate about the Jazz, and the Jazz have had good attendence since moving to Salt Lake.
LOL. Everyone is just going to say their favorite teams.Oh well. Indianapolis. They keep coming to the games and supporting, we're used to winning though, so it's tough now. But we've always been a good sports city.
Phoenix. I rememebr I think Mike Breen? mentioning that every single game this year has been sellouts.New York will give some boos to Steph but now you dont hear that much boos. Hard to explain, you have never been to the Garden. LA always seems to show alot of noise and always cheering on. Boston's fan is prob the top IMO, their fans cheer them on even if they are the worst team in the East. Dtroit, DAL, and Sactown too.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Marvinmartian @ Mar 4 2007, 01:47 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Dallas anyone? They have tons of sellouts.</div>No, not Dallas. I think there's mostly sellouts because of how great you guys have been. Dallas is much more of a football city. You guys can't be compared to places like Detroit and New York, pretty much the whole East because they have some passionate fans. Not Phoenix Pinoy, even though I hate to admit it. The Suns have a good group of fans, but many are not loyal.
It's gotta be Boston. During our losing streak, the Garden was still filling up pretty nicely. They're loud, passionate, and always support our team through thick and thin, unlike other teams that when they suck their fans abandon them. I love the Celtics, and I love their fans.
Theres one call for us all.DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETROIT BASKETBALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

I think Kings, Pistons and Knicks have a good fan base. Their fans are loud and possibly one of the loudest in the NBA. Honourable mentions are Raptors, Celtics and Spurs.
Phoenix, LA, Sacramento, Detroit (the best imo), Houston, San Antonio...These cities all get really good crowds, and the fans are very supportive. The Raptors should probably get mentioned. I think they were around the middle in attendance last year, when they finished 28 games under .500....
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Mar 5 2007, 07:02 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Houston</div>HELL no. The crowd is quiet as can be during home games, and was a huge complaint of the coaches and players last year.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (The Captain @ Mar 4 2007, 12:04 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Detroit.185 straight sellouts and counting.</div>hah. 185 is puny compared to the 814 set by Portland. The blazers are bad now, but I still believe that portland is one of the best basketball cities in the NBA. 814 consecutive sellouts
there is a lot of cities that could be put in this, the NBA is catching fire again and a lot of teams have gained popularity. Not a lot of people are mentioning Phoenix, they had the longest sellout streak in the 90's at one point. The Suns have some loyal fans. I could name about 15 good NBA cities.
