    Yeah my moms friend had gone throught the exact same thing before. She called to cancel the account because she bvarely used it anymore and all they kept trying to do what convince her to keep it. I cant imagine how annoying it must be.

    I cancelled my AOL account about a year and a half ago and I have never had any problems. AIM + Internet explorer is better anyway, and cheaper.

    "Turning off your account...""Cancel the account.""would be the worst thing that..." :lol:Netzero was bad too, but not quite that bad. They didn't try to convince me I would regret my choice.
