Quantic Dream‘s Beyond: Two Souls, one of the last big titles of this console generation, certainly isn’t for everyone, causing it to become one of the most polarizing modern video games ever. It seems people either love or hate the game, with very few individuals holding opinions somewhere in between. Some critics and gamers even contend its lack of interactivity makes it not a true video game. I don’t share this opinion of Beyond: Two Souls; it’s definitely a video game and one of my favourite titles of the last few months. In a year with amazing releases like Bioshock Infinite, Grand Theft Auto V and The Last of Us, this is huge accomplishment for Quantic Dream. The game does have quite a few issues though and this is part of why some gamers and critics aren’t particularly fond of David Cage’s latest epic.
