Former Chicago Bulls center Ben Wallace landed a spot in Henrico County jail Tuesday morning as he began a two-day sentence after leaving the scene of a February car crash.

Wallace entered a plea of no contest and received a one year jail sentence -- now of which the judge has suspended all but two days

Sucks that he fled the scene of the accident. Lucky he only got the two days, I suppose. Was anyone hurt?

He doesn't seem like the kind of guy who's in trouble much.

Wallace received a one-year sentence, but the judge reduced it to two days, and Wallace began serving the sentence Tuesday. Evidently Wallace*crashed his SUV into a fence,*taking out a 20-foot section of it, around 2 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8

Since it was only property that got hurt, I can't in good conscience throw any stones. Still, I wish the fence a speedy recovery.
