That's more or less the question every sports outlet (ESPN, cbssportsline, FSN and local papers) are asking but when you think about the off season moves of both of these clubs there should not be much of a surprise the Heat pretty much brought back the same team only older whereas the Bulls young nucleas was also brought back except for them one more year is a positive and they had some really good and surprisingly lucky acquisitions: Can someone tell me how they landed PJ Brown and Ben Wallace? Wallace signed as a free agent right? how did they get that cap space?
