Back in the 98-99 season when the Warriors were playing the Mavs and someone on the Warriors (I can't remember his name) made a layup attempt on his own basket which would have given the Mavs 2 points, but to top it off Samaki Walker on the Mavs blocked the shot attempt and fouled the guy on the Warriors, it was classic. As if the shot attempt on his own goal wasn't enough . So, what's the biggest blooper you've seen in an NBA game?
It wasn't an NBA game, but rather on TNT's postgame with EJ, Barkley, and Kenny Smith... They made a joke (I don't remember what it was) and they all laughed...then EJ took it out to commercial and the music faded away, but the thing was it DIDN'T get to commerical...thinking they were on a commercial break, Charles barkley was like "what the fu** is a [insert joke word]" and they all laughed...then it went to commerical...5 seconds too late....haha
Can't think of much right now, but one thing that I found funny was in one of the Laker games, everyone stopped and stood around because they heard a whistle, so Shaq playfully banks in the shot. Well, turns out the whistle wasn't blown by the ref's and Shaq's basket counted. I remembered laughing my ass off on that, watching the other team yelling at the ref and complaining on the play. I guess this really isn't a blooper but it was a pretty funny / weird play.
Not a big one, but this is the only thing I could think of right now. Last year, when Rafer Alston was on the Raps(think they were playing the Bucks), he thought he was still in AND1 as he pulled up the court in the middle of doing some move he just jumped up in the air and came right back down, travel! Funny stuff.

Well this wasn't a play either it had to do with Charles Barkley saying that Sam Cassel is getting nominated for Lords of the Ring. He loves Sam but he's the only analist that will refer to the way he looks. Oh and saying Frank Johnson looks like Yoda. Even EJ had to agree with that.
They have a lot in sprotscenter. I remember one LA at New Jersey just this season. Kobe Bryant made a shot and the fans booed Kobe's taunt then Kobe tripped over himself while taunting. It was funny.
Well recently I don't know whether it can be considered a blooper, but I found it quite funny when Walker kept air balling free throws against the Warriors. However speaking of bloopers how about when D Armstrong lay it up at a Slam Dunk Competition?
Ricky Davis shooting at his own basket trying to get a rebound for a triple-double but the shot went in and I think it was vs. Utah.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Martin:</div><div class="quote_post">Ricky Davis shooting at his own basket trying to get a rebound for a triple-double but the shot went in and I think it was vs. Utah.</div> The shot didn't go in...he didn't get a rebound because according to the rules, that doesn't count as a rebound....then Stevenson tackled him...

I remember the Rockets were playing the Lakers last year and Moochie Norris inbounded the ball off of Brian Shaw's back right under the hoop. He caught his own pass and got an easy bucket. Shaw cussed him out.

When Bradley removed his jersey for a reason that I forgot. He was so thin! Showing your reel-thin body in front of all those people should be considered a blooper!
I remember a couple of years ago when Eric Murdock was on the Bucks...He was running down a loose ball (i think) and his shorts started falling down...He was about to run out of bounce so with one hand on his shorts and the other one on the ball, he just threw the ball towards the basket and hit a three.... Also, I remember seeing a highlight of a WNBA game where one of the girls scored a basket, was pumped up, and threw her fist...too bad someone was in her way and she inadvertanly connected right into another girl's face ... that kinda sucks but I ain't gonna lie, I got a good chuckle...
I just saw this last night on Sportscenter, a college basketball player (can't remember who) dunked the ball and the goal actually folded up after he was hanging on it.
How about when the ball stayed on top of the ring? Right in between of the square? Can you imagine what I'm saying? It happened before although I forgot which team were playing?
