Former NHL star Bill Guerin has been hired by the Pittsburgh Penguins as a player development coach, where he'll work with players in the minor leagues along with junior and college hockey. The 40-year-old three-time Olympian played for eight teams in 18 seasons in the NHL, scoring 429 goals with 427 assists and winning two Stanley Cups.
