The Buffalo Bills placed starting defensive tackle Kyle Williams on injured reserve because of a left foot injury and signed journeyman kicker Dave Rayner to fill in for injured veteran Rian Lindell in a pair of moves made Tuesday. Williams' season being over does not come as a surprise. The six-year player was scheduled to be examined by a specialist this week. Williams has missed the past three games and been bothered by the injury since training camp.
