"The Buffalo Bills added to their scouting department Wednesday by hiring Darrell Moody from the San Diego Chargers as a national college scout.

Moody, 61, scouted the Southeastern United States for the past eight seasons with the Chargers. He was hired by the Chargers a year after Buddy Nix, current Bills general manager, was hired by San Diego.

Moody has 31 years of coaching experience at the college and high school levels. Before joining the Chargers, Moody spent 13 seasons as an assistant at the University of North Carolina, including eight as offensive coordinator. He also held assistant coaching posts at Tulane, Louisiana State, Appalachian State, North Carolina State, Clemson and Southern Mississippi. He played quarterback for N.C. State."

I don't know much about scouts, but I do know great ones bring in players like Favre. =D
