The Buffalo Bills have agreed to a two-year deal worth a maximum of $13 million with quarterback Kevin Kolb, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Saturday night. Members of the Bills' brass spent last weekend with Kolb, and then hosted Kolb in Buffalo for a visit on Thursday and Friday.
