<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse point guard Billy Edelin, whose off-court problems prevented him from ever playing a complete season for the Orange, is expected to transfer to another school for next season. Head coach Jim Boeheim said last month it was doubtful Edelin, who originally enrolled in the fall of 2001, would return for his final year of eligibility. Boeheim said Edelin could transfer to a Division II school and not have to sit out a season. "I think, at this point, that's what he's planning on doing," Boeheim told Syracuse television station WTVH in an interview on Thursday. "Sometimes, it just doesn't work out, and I think it worked as well as it could given all the different circumstances. I believe he'll go on and be a good person and do a good job wherever he goes, and I believe he'll be successful. He's a great kid." Edelin could not be reached for comment.</div> Rest of Article
