Blake should be like Rashard Lewis against the Jazz on Thursday night refusing to go in the game because he felt like Ryan Anderson was playing better. If our idiotic coaches won't sit him, then Blake should sit himself.

I'm sure I don't need to add that Bayless goes only 18 minutes and looked really good. He didn't even miss a shot in a game when our other guards shot horrible percentages. Blake 1-7 from 3? Awesome.

So, in 24 fewer minutes, Jerryd had 2 more points, 1 less assist, 2 fewer rebounds, and 3 less turnovers.

And, as Kingspeed likes to point out, was a +5 vs a -9.

Why couldn't it have been Blake who had to miss most of the season due to a shoulder injury or kneecap instead of Batum and Greg?

Gah. To hell with wishing injuries on anyone. C'mon.

I don't see how there's anything wrong with wishing an injury to one player was to another player. Do you think most Celtics fans would rather Scalabrine have been injured instead of Garnett last year? I do.

I would rather he pull an AI and retire.

I wasn't wishing it on him, I said why couldn't it have been him instead of Oden or Batum or Fernandez.

That's not the same as wishing he'd get injured.

I guess not, but it just hit me kind of wrong when I first read it. I get your point, but ... :dunno:

I blame Blake for playing terribly, but I don't blame him for PLAYING.

The guy needs to be confident and he needs to enthusiastically (try to) take advantage of every minute he gets.
