An exhibition victory over the Los Angeles Clippers doesn't carry a lot of weight when a team is trying to make a statement as a contender in the Western Conference. For the Trail Blazers, though, it's a start. Portland dominated from start to finish in a 115-86 win over the Clippers Tuesday night at the Rose Garden in the preseason opener for both teams. "It was a good game for us, but just one game," said Portland's Brandon Roy, who scored 12 points in 26 minutes. "We'll get some tougher games as we go.""
