An exhibition victory over the Los Angeles Clippers doesn't carry a lot of weight when a team is trying to make a statement as a contender in the Western Conference. For the Trail Blazers, though, it's a start. Portland dominated from start to finish in a 115-86 win over the Clippers Tuesday night at the Rose Garden in the preseason opener for both teams.
