I thought our second round pick was from Detroit via the LA Clippers.

You never know how a guy's body physique is going to change with time. Do you recall Raymond Felton?I kinda feel like his body needs to fill out.

Yeah, there’s a dude who frittered it all away……..I donut recall him
It was mostly in garbage time, but the uber-raw GBIII showed some signs against the Bucks, including a very smooth, fairly quick release '3' to go along with his ridiculous athleticism.
This may have been posted already, but dug around to see why such a highly recruited kid didn't go till the 2nd round.
He's trying to dunk almost everything, which feels very retro - I like it!Maybe showing signs? He is now going to get regular minutes which I hope all the young kids do. In his last 4 games:
16.7 minutes
10.7 ppg
4 rpg
73% FT
33% from '3'
45% FG (one bad game of 4-13 really brought that down)
0.75 blocks
Per 36:
23 ppg
8.6 rpg
1.6 blocks

I'd love to see us start him the rest of the season, just to get him more minutes with Nurk and Ant. He's so raw, so having him with the 2 most talented people on the roster out there should help him a lot, instead of getting burn with Blevins, etc.lol he seems so eager out there, I haven’t seen a player like that in years. It’s almost working against him because he’s burning himself out with his energy. But against the Lakers it seemed like he was a little bit more in control and let the game come to him. He made multiple good cuts off the ball. And I love his defensive instincts even if he’s too aggressive. I just like the idea of what he could become.

i can't get over how much it sucks to not be able to forcefeed 35 mpg for Nas to develop as our future starting SF now. I always thought Felton would do more Dunkin'.

We need to Maple Bar you from posting! It was really strange. Almost as if he was under a voodoo spell.
Brian Wheeler making the call.It was really strange. Almost as if he was under a voodoo spell.
I think Brown would fit well in the current starting unit taking Elleby's spot. Eubanks isn't a scorer or the rebounder that Nurkic was (by a long shot) and Brown can help make up for some of what we lost.
If you can, add the clip where he stopped Jordan Poole from scoring on a fast break with 3:12 left in the first quarter. That was impressive to be able to contest that shot without fouling. Brown is already as good as anyone at contesting such a shot because of his speed, hops, and length.yeah few people have mentioned that idea.
I say give Elleby 5 more starts before making a permanent switch. Right now it feels like Elleby and Hughes are fighting for one spot next season (btw both would be eligible for a two way next season) so I think Hughes should be next for a more extended look. Brown can continue getting more and more minutes even if he’s not technically starting.

At 0:55 in this "all possessions" video, Brown hits a catch-and-shoot mid-range 2-pointer. Nice form showing he isn't limited to dunks and 3-point attempts.
