Supposedly Perry Jones III "killed" it the past few days in Santa barbara and Chad has Dion Waiters flying up the draft board to #8 I believe.

Waiters is garbage, but PJ3 might be a steal at 11.....if he's there

Kyle O'Quinn in POR on June 18th, I like this kid as a possible PF/C 2nd rd pick if he doesn't work his way into a late 1st

    Re: Trail Blazers Draft Central

The draft is my favorite time of the year! Why would a workout make somebody move up the board. What can this show about Perry Jones that this past season did not. He floated and disappeared during games....... he's soft.

Where is this at? Is it at Santa Monica Collge? I wonder if it is open to the public. Is it only today? Seems ridiculous to fly in for just one day. I would love to swing by there if I could get in.

    Re: Trail Blazers Draft Central

True enough, but if teams see enough raw material to work with in one-on-ones they may get convinced that they can salvage him and turn him into something ... coaches have egos too.

    Re: Trail Blazers Draft Central

Plus you can't eliminate a player based on disappearing in a college game. The system and the college coach is a factor in that too. MJ's may have never disappeared in college, but his teammates had no idea how great he was and they played with him for 3 years. Then the dude explodes right away in pre season of his rookie year.

    Re: Trail Blazers Draft Central

Rodger Bohn with some good tweets

    Enes Kanter,Brad Beal,Miles Plumlee,Dee Bost,Jon Scheyer,Olek Czyz,Diamond Taulor,etc all here in Chicago w/Josh Oppenhiemer

Not that its necessarily going to help him a ton in league, but Miles Plumlee is handling ball better than a lot of the wings

Dee Bost,Brad Beal, and Jon Scheyer shooting at 1 hoop. 3 best shooters in the gym from midrange together

Miles Plumlee and Enes kanter working hard at the other end. Both shooting it well from 12-15 ft

Brad Beal,Jon Scheyer, and Dee Bost all made their last 5 NBA 3's.Could sit here and watch these guys shoot all day

Beal in other gym doing individual work.Oppenheimer having him come off ball screens for mid-range pullups

1 thing really standing out about Beal(@realdealbeal23)is his coachability.Really seems to be a student of the game
