The blazer staff all came in posting and saying how they are excited to post in here, yet hardly anything. It's nice having us on their website, but I thought they would participate more. Are they at least giving the mods press access?!
The probably don't have that much time to post that much. Their main reach is via the blazers official instagram/twitter/facebook and each content creator's accounts anyways.
Who? Casey Holdall? Sarah Hecht? Mike Rice? Neil Olshey? Free giveaways? Contests? VIP cards? I think you're expecting too much. They just made it their "official message board". Don't know what else you'd get from that. Its just a place to drop some banner ads and fan engagement which really hasn't worked in the past for them with their iamatrailblazersfan project.

If they had planned on participating heavily, they would have just built their own community instead of piggy backing on an existing one.
They are just using you for free publicity. I bet you feel cheap and dirty now. I mean, more than you did before.
Probably not smart to say "hey everyone, I'm a Blazer employee & I'm posting on our cool new message board instead of working".
Except, depending on the person at the Blazers, posting on the internet would be part of their job duties.
