That Collins & Vonleh frontcourt looked amazing yesterday. Both long Defenders who are mobile to switch on guards. Vonleh is doing a great Job on defense this year and should get more playing time, Zach is young and has a lot to learn, but he can be really good. You guys can think whatever you want, but the offense look much Better without Nurkic and the defense is still good. Nurkic has been annoying on Offense so far with dumb fouls, trying to post up when he doesn’t have a mismatch, settling for dumb flips or weird fading jumpers, and getting disengaged. Those are all fixable, but that’s a lot of annoyingess from one player

There's flashes, but neither produces much offense. Definitely not enough to win against a team that sat three starters.

Whatever. They might as well play them to see what they've got. There's a contract decision looking on Vonleh and they invested a lot of capital in Collins. I'm not expecting a miracle.

If Vonleh and/or Collins can develop a jumper, and consistently shoot it, it would be huge.

The two of them need to be more aggressive. The play where Vonleh got the rebound with aggression, and then went up strong and dunked it, should be his style all the time.

Vonleh is shooting pretty good from midrange this year. I actually can not remember when he missed the last time a jumper? But the thing is, there are no plays for Noah, ok he is our 5th Scoring option but sometimes i wish the players should trust him more. Look when he grabs a off rebound, he immediately passes the ball to a guard because he is afraid to shoot. Just watch his body language. I am sure it's because of Stotts and the Coaching staff who probably said to vonleh don't shoot the ball just give it to Dame or CJ. So you take all his confidence. I wish vonleh would get more involved on offense

I don't agree with this at all. When you get an O board and you really want to make a good possession out of it, you get it to a guard to setup the play.

This is a huge assumption. I watch his body language too and I don't see one thing that says he's afraid to shoot.

Part of that is his personality.

Nice Noah isn't of much value. I like when something happens and we get to see Mean Noah come out of his shell and pound on people. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen enough for my tastes.
