WOW...all of these guys just blew up the Blazers with excitement [Bob Ryan even said that he would pay money just to watch one of the most exciting players in the world, Rudy Fernandez!!!]

I just watch it and they were very excited about the Blazers. One said if he could get a free ticket/ride to any 7 game series he'd take Portland. And ya, much love for Rudy!

We're the "it" team now. If we come up short against Houston, all these bandwagoners will fall right off.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
When Rudy is on, he's definitely one of the more exciting players in the world. Not one of the best, but his style of play is very eye-pleasing.

To me it seems that we're the Warriors from two years ago. Everyone wants to see the brash underdog upset the favorites (Lakers). It would make for a great story, even though Stern would hate it.

Was Jackie McMullen one of the writers on today? She always has love for the Blazers.

Saw it too, and now wonder how this young team will do after be handed the role of "favorite" against a mostly veteran team.

A few of the ATH guys also said that Roy is "right below" the Bryant/James/Wade trinity. It is so nice not to be embarrassed about being a fan of a good team.

Jesus. The bandwagon is full. Get off!

Seriously, the Blazers finished the season very hot. It is a young team. Something new to talk about. I get that.

Unfortunately, the Blazers got the WORST matchup possible for the team. Any of the other 2-8 teams would have been an easier first round out for the "hot" Blazers.

But, will the bandwagoners know a loss (if it happens) to a crappy matchup against a team equally as good during the 2nd half of the season isn't the same as choking against an inferior team? I doubt it.
