I think that's right. He was supposed to get some news last week, and there was radio silence. Silence in this kind of issue means bad news. I think it has something to do with ownership/management issues.

After ataining LEED certification, the Vulcan's are announcing that the Rose Garden will be destroyed and hauled to the dump. Part of a jobs creation program.
