    The Blazers have traded the cavaliers a protected future draft pick, for @SlyPokerDog. The picked is protected up to the 58th pick. SlyPokerDog was actually the mascot for the Cavaliers known as Moon dog. His bark is much needed on this rough and tumbling blazers team. If he somehow can pass a physical, he will suit up and play this Saturday versus the Boston Celtics.

    I’m all for picking up a veteran service dog to help our handicapped players (and coaches).

    Q. What type of assistance to the handicapped is SPD trained to give?
    Visual impairment? Hearing impairment? Mental illness? Stress disorder? Mobility impairment?

    We need a service dog that has been crossed trained to handle all of these conditions on the Blazers roster.
