Let's see Babbitt with more PT and Hickson tear it up at PF! I honestly was starting to wonder if Babbitt could compete at the NBA level. His shot was so off, even on wide-open 3's. But he looks pretty darn good out there now. Droppin' bombs from 30' out. Our bench is going to be weak with Nic and LA out. This is going to be a case of 1 team playing hard, but with their 2 best players out versus a team that appears to be tanking, even with most of its' top players available.
Interesting thing about Luke...... he's a very quiet, shy guy. But since he has been getting some PT he has opened up big time! He's talked to me more in the past 3 1/2 weeks then the past 2 years. He's pretty cool for a white guy.
Me too - because it means Felton's fat ass is on the bench and not in the game! That, and I think we've gotten to the point in the season where we need to give the young guys who will (or at least possibly will) be back next season. Felton will not be back, so get him off the floor.
Good to hear, actually, so thanks for giving some insight on that. I'm sure he was wondering whether or not he belonged, and so he probably was a bit timid talking shit and opening up - you don't want to ruffle feathers when you're not sure if you belong. It's like when some of these scrub players diss some of the superstars (in any of the major sports). You don't open your mouth when you're not in the same league.

Aahhh. You had to bring up Pendergraph - the dude who's career has pretty much stalled out due to a hip injury - on this day, the day that LA's hip MRI showed something "abnormal"?? But yeah, I do remember. Today, Babbitt will look like Larry Bird!
Even if we lose every game, we'd probably only go up 1 spot in the draft at the most. So it's a bit too late to tank.
