agreed. had the same thought - why not just play it safe and go with a drink that didn’t have PB to begin with? I personally would not take that risk, but even then, a paying customer should be able to get something so simple properly made. I order salad rolls from a local Vietnamese restaurant, and order without shrimp (I’m deathly allergic). Have had like 15 times in the last year. They have yet to fuck it up.
I dont trust customer service at all right now. So much of it on many levels are so checked out prior to everything. Zero caring or pride in doing a good job anymore. Of course there are those that do and ive run into them but many more do not it seems.

Years ago I was delivering in the area of Hawthorne and 50th, on a narrow side street. I had to block the road to make a delivery on Christmas Eve. Guy flips out on me, comes up to me yelling a bunch of stupid shit trying to get me to react. His young kid is sitting in the car watching all this go down. I remained calm the whole time and just smiled at him (we’re basically nose to nose) and said I promise if I wasn’t working right now you wouldn’t be acting like this. Finally the guy got back in car and I told him great example fo your kid there. People are assholes in general. They think they can treat people while they’re working like shit I’m hopes they’ll get fired
