The Minnesota Timberwolves are close to bringing Bobby Jackson as a player development coach to replace David Adelman. Jackson played for the Minnesota Gophers collegiately and also played for Rick Adelman with both the Sacramento Kings and Houston Rockets. Jackson was an assistant coach for the Kings over the past two seasons. David Adelman was promoted to a full-time assistant following the departure of Bill Bayno to the Toronto Raptors.
