What is this crap? 108-102 Bobcats over Suns after 3 quarters. Kurt Thomas is gone for 2 months so we don't have a center except Burke and both Raja and Nash have gotten injured in this game but I think they're playing now.No, my mistake, Suns were winning. Not having Thomas and an injured Bell hurts our defense a bit though.
Nash and Bell are fine. They finished out the game. I watched the last 2 minutes. Kurt Thomas is a big loss though, hopefully he will heal quickly. Now we have Burke as our only center. He's not that bad, but still...Suns won 136-121 tonight. They outscored the Bobcats by 21 in the 2nd half.Marion:31 points, 24 rebounds, 2 blocks, 1 stealNash:29 points, 8 assistsBell:27 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assistsDiaw:20 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assistsBarbosa: 14, 3, 3, 2 stealsBell caused the person he was defending to get a technical again. I love this guy.
Yeah, he's great. Now Amare's going to come back and there's going to be more pressure on him since he's our only consistently good big man. He'll have to play center again. Suns have won 9 of the last 10 though. Slow down guys, we don't want the #1 seed this year.
Amare will have to play center if he wants to beat the mavs. That's if the mavs beat the spurs and than play against your team in the WCF. Diop will not be able to take advantage of Amare's defensive liabilities.
On the loss of Kurt Thomas, Go Clips! But yea, all these lower teams now are gonna play spoilers for the rest of the way. Just like tonight, and almost with Mavs.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Suns have won 9 of the last 10 though. lol, the Suns didn't lose. That was the end of the 3rd quarter score and I put down the wrong team. Sorry for the mix up. I did edit my post though.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (mavsfan1000 @ Feb 25 2006, 09:49 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Amare will have to play center if he wants to beat the mavs. That's if the mavs beat the spurs and than play against your team in the WCF. He hates playing center and it's better for him to play at his own position. If he comes back healthy though he can really dominate the slow centers, especially ones that can't score, in the playoffs.
